 kurt, some questions for you:

1. as i purchased the angie's list deal for $99, where is the conceptual plan?
2. the walkway is supposed to be 4 ft wide.
3. i wanted red, rectangular brick, which match the house rather than multicolor, square bricks.

thanks,
xxxx

I apologize, I didn’t do a conceptual plan for the walkway. I will sketch something out that shows the walkway and flare at the driveway. And my bad too on the width of the walkway. I will make the adjustments and get something over to you in the next day or two.

I attached a picture of what I was thinking. Same idea but without the rectangle border. Running squares in a running bond to match the curve.

As for the color, we spoke about multi-color. Here is the website for you to review… http://www.grinnellpavers.com/content/view/8/26/

kurt i paid $99 for a conceptual plan. instead i just get an estimate and some pics of work you did elsewhere. i am not pleased. nobody pays for an estimate, which is essentially what you have done.  how you handle this is your business, but since i got this from angie's list, i will certainly report all of this, unless you give me a DEEP discount.

Dear xxxxxxx

Please review the estimate below. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I will attach the plan to a later email. It shows the walkway and some suggested plants and layout to give more curb appeal. I know when we walked the front landscape you did not mention redoing the plantings, but since I was designing the walkway, I addressed the plantings as well.

Thank you,
Kurt A. Fritzges

 Mr. xxxx,

I wanted to address a few items in your email-----

The big deal purchase was different for every customer. Some just wanted to walk the landscape with me and get some ideas and answers to problems. Others just wanted to get an estimate on replacing existing plants or hardscapes without any design. The rest wanted a design. As I mentioned, I thought you just needed an estimate for the new walkway. After receiving your email, I replied that I would get a design over to you within a day or two---and here you go.

Please find the attached design for the front landscape.

 Thank you!

Kurt
